Must do it in writing

You need to wait until your get the cc statement & then use the form on the back and/or write a letter contesting the charge. That is the legal remedy, it must be in writing within so many days of the charge. The drones on the phone won't do much. It worked all but once for me.

On the one that they denied, I was given another contact area to appeal to. They had me file a form in writing saying that I was defrauded. Then they dropped the charge. If you have the evidence that you didn't get what was advertised, then you should have no trouble. Send in copies with your letter. In 99% of the cases, the credit card company will charge back the 'vendor' or in your case, the a$$hole.

On the one % where it doesn't work, you need to file in small claims court in HIS jurisdiction. I don't know if you can do that without going there, you need to ask the local S.C. court.
