did you buy new PI heads? Make sure when you take off your NPI heads to place them next to the new ones. Look for any holes that are not plugged in the new ones and plug them with the plugs from the old heads. These would be the oil galley plugs and can make your life hell. Be sure to read both of those articles and pick up a haynes/chiltons manual for proper torque specs etc..good luck.

reuse the metal and rubber hoses that go under the manifold to make a new one just cut the metal one til its straight and connect the bent rubber one to the block and the metal one then just buy a lil more hose to finish it off it worked perfectly on mine
