So last night i was driving around.... Im sitting at a light, and a 05 Vette pulls up next to me. He reved at me, light turns green, i had him thru first and the beginning of second ( not hooking either ).. then he pulled up next to me and right in front of me.... but all the way thru 4th i hung right there on his bumper.. How was this possible, i thought i woulda got spankkeddd.. i shudda got spankedd

Vetts are faster but not TONS faster and if they cant drive their car and you know how to drive yours you can keep up. I have played with a couple c-5 with my Cobra and can just barley hang with them to 90 with a good driver. The new vette is only marginally faster than the C-5 was so I believe you and

i have outrun a c5 all motor before but i dont believe i can hang with a c6 without the juice. guy probably couldnt drive for crap

I beat a z06 once with my snow tires on, those things hook like mad....anything can happen on the street and I'm sure if we would have hit 100 he would have blown passed me.

I agree. My friend had a C6 Vette last year, and I drove it before he sold it.

That thing was a BEAST.

+1..My dad has a C6 with like 2,900 miles on it and it makes both my 03 and my 06 feel ridiculous..that thing definitely is a BEAST to say the least..
