I need a bellhousing for my 347 w/5speed (T-5 in a 94 Cobra). I have a 164 tooth flywheel and the stock bellhousing won't fit around it. Where can I get a big enough bellhousing to fit that sfi flywheel. I checked into lakewood, but they dont say what flywheel size it fits...

B4 you buy a bellhousing I would considering dumping that t5. Only reason why I say that is when your t5 blows you will need a new bellhousing for a tremec tko or 3550 and you will be just spending extra money. BTW, I put a Lakewood under mine car with a tremec and it fit my alum sfi flywheel just fine.

I agree.. The moment you start getting into it and hittin the gears your t-5 will go BANG. I went thru a couple before purchasing the TKO and I havent regretted it since. I ended up using an aluminum bellhousing off the old toploader trannys Ford put in the mustang in the late 70's. It works fine.
