Ok i know some of you guys run just the underdrive waterpump, and crank pullies. So my question is this, what lenght of belt do you have if you have

1. no smog
2 underdrive waterpump
3 underdrive crank pulley
4. no a/c compressor

i just need a lenght, i know my 89.5 isn't gonna cut it anymore.

thanks for all help-

With no smog/AC and stock pullies I managed to pry on a 815k6 when it really needed a 820k6... Just something to start with. Or you can take the old stock belt if you have it, cut it so its one long piece, route it around the pullies in the right way, mark off where it meets back up with the other end of the belt and measure the length.

the cutting thing sounds good, i will prolly do that if can't get someone to give me a good size.

you said 815 k6, so i might try like a 795k6 or something first........well i can see that the part time job at autozone is fixin to pay off.

Try to put a small rope around the pulleys and measure it. It will give you a good start. Look at this. Maybe it will help you. Those are my measures.

if u can get it to move and get it to a napa or advanced or autozone they would let you try different sizes til u found the right one cause i did it that way, just before i snapped my belt cause i went to pass someone in a hurry
