belt slap?

After the first engine start, the 30 minute cam break-in, I added some power steering fluid and turned the wheel a bit and I can feel the assisting but the belt starts flopping around a good bit. Is this just a tightening down job or is there something wrong??

Put a wrench on her and see if this helps!
