belt wont stay on a/c and ps pump

i got a new tensioner which eliminated my belt slip issue but now as soon as you crank the motor, the belt jumps off the a/c and ps instantly. most of the time it comes off before the engine even starts. when looking at the belt from the driver's side its very clear that the two pulleys arent lined up right. the a/c seems to be lined up just fine with the tensioner pulley but the ps pump pulley sits back farther. ive tried to adjust the a/c back as far as i could but its not really adjustable. it appears that the ps pump isnt adjustable either. can the ps pulley be loosed from the pump and slide it forward or maybe put a spacer between the ps pump and the pulley?

Are you 100% positive you have all the right waterpump studs and a/c bracket bolts?

If you don't put them all in the right places the belt will be at a slight angle.
Your angle must be pretty bad, mine was off a bit and it tore up belts in about 3000 miles, so for yours to pop off immediately it must be a mess.

ill get pics tomorrow when its light out. the problem just started. i havent touched that area of the car in a long time and it never did this before. ive been having problems with my belt slipping on my alt but thanks to eveyone here i was able to conclude i needed a new tensioner. put the new tensioner on today and now this crap starts up.

the belt doesnt come completely off. it skips towards the front of the car 1-2 ribs and then stays there fine. after it moves forward the belt stays on tight, all the accessories spin fine and i can rev the car and it stays on like its supposed to...just not all the way on the pulley. i can even take it for a drive but the belt is off by 1-2 ribs
