Benefits of a Short Throw?

All short shifters are really to one's preference. One will feel better than the others but to call one garbage... especially from somebody that works for Pro 5.0 is a bit bias. I had a MGW and was very impressed with its quality and feel.
Liljoepro5.0 please keep your cheap plugs and your bias slander to yourself.

The MGW is garbage. Buy a Pro5.0 or a Steeda.
Explain why you think it's garbage. It doesn't operate better than other shifters like a lot of people claim because a shifter is a shifter. A stock shifter with a good handle will feel the same as any aftermarket shifter. The handle design and build quality of the MGW on the other hand, are far superior to any other shifter and I wouldn't own anything but. The main reason for an aftermarket shifter is the shift stops that prevent damage to the tranny from hard shifts. The missing 3rd gear thing is bs, I can hit 3rd powershifting in every car I've driven even with stock shifters. Any problem with shifting is either driver error, or a trans/clutch problem.

It's not that. He admitted in another thread to working for Pro 5.0 and bashed the MGW in that thread as well.

It's one thing is you or I had feelings about a product not being great, but we can't have guys from Trick Flow coming in here and trying to undermine AFR if you can understand what i am getting at

I was joking about the mgw thing. I kinda saw the banning coming with all the spamming he was doing.
