best air/fuel gauge

If you are talking about using your stock oem O2's to give a display of your WOT a/f ratio then you need to know those results will not be applicable for that application.

The stock oem O2's are only accurate in a very narrow band of operation.

Having said that ... ANY brand of gauge used for that application will be inaccurate.

If you want to know a general or ball park indication of lean or fat, the most accurate display from those kinds of gauges would be driving conditions in Closed Loop, Light Load, or Cruise at close to closed throttle.

you want an a/f guage that works you are looking at a 300-500 dollar piece

you need a wideband 02 with a guage and you will need to tap an 02 bung into one of your midpipes

This is thelegtit way to do it, it will give you an actual a/f reading and you can tune yourself for each mod change you make instead of needing a dyno tune each time.

Grady, isnt there a way to connect the tweecer to a wide band o2 that way you can datalog? I will probably do this to keep an eye on things when I am FI

You have it as it is Mr. Snooze

You can output the wb to the egr pcm input
or
Use a device called Data Q which I only know about from seeing others using it on the Tweecer site. Details about this method can be easily found there.
