If your really worried about tread life then I wont be too much help, but I have the same size tires and will never regret getting my 315x35x17 Nitto 555r Drag Radials. I may go with some 555's that are not DR's next time, by the time they wear I'll be getting my s/c and will want the DR's back for sure. Right now though, solid clutch dumps at 4700rpms with the perfect amount of tire spin =

bfg 315 dr's all the way, much better than nittos for traction- but tread does not last long- they were on sale at the tire rack for $135.00 per tire -they are also one of the widest 315s

315 is the width of the tire in millimeters. Therefore a 315 is a 315.

Man I wish....

I wish someone would try out those Pilot PS2's... Over $400 a tire for 315's but I dunno if thats worth it though cause I haven't heard anything about them yet.

i also heard that the bfg's do run wider than most tires, these are gonna be my daily driver tires so i dont wanna get dr's. as for the nittos i have the 555's right now and they lasted about 35k, wouldnt mind a little more, i'll look at tirerack for some good deals. if you have some pics of your 315's post 'em.

dmarco-love the kimbo slice avi, "lets run this."
