really depends on how far you want to go and how much power you want to make....i mean if it was me i would go with R302 or older A4 block...maybe old school boss block if i could find one...forged 4340 eagle crank 4340 eagle h-beam rods...around -20cc dished pistons with file fit rings....and i happen to favor trick flow...so i would get the fully ported track heat heads..flow around 320cfm per runner...unless you want to mess with the R-heads and get custom headers...and the box-r would prob make a nice combo...get a nice size tb injectors and other supporting mods...fuel pump..lines...tweecer or stand alone.....and with all that power your going to have to start upgrading rearend drive shaft tranny ect.....your ? is be very broad...

oh and as far as cams...stick between 112 and 114 lob seperation and get some good lift like .550 or higher and you should be good to go..
ford racing z303
comp cams 284hr
new comp cams xfi stroker cam...the bigger one....608..the smaller one doesn have enough lobe separation

with 20 psi you are not going to get by on any 2 bolt main block

look into dart, r302, or a4 as mentioned
