I have a 429 in my 72 mach and its got stock exhaust, i was wondering if anyone knew of the best headers? also i was wondering if anyone knew how good the Dr. Gas X pipes are that you can get off of mustangsplus.com?
I'm taking my x pipe off my 429 and going back to conventional h pipe. I don't like the sound (very "Nascar", not that it's bad, it's just not for me). 2 1/2" system through Flowmaster 40's is what I have after long tube headers.
