If money was no object what Exhaust would you buy. This would include: Midpipe, Catback, and Headers. Im kinda curious because Im looking at saving up and buying a kick ass exhaust. My SC is taken care of by my parents and I want to get an awsome exhaust to go with it. I always heard Bassani is one of the best out there. Tell me what you think :SNSign:

Thanks RJ

Kooks headers all the way, since money isnt an issue. sound is all opinion. most people will suggest whatever they have.

I luv my 'Packs and Bassani Catted X. And I'd really like to get the Bassani Mid-Length Headers. But the labor to install them would be too much right now. Maybe some time in the future.

borla stinger mufflers, bassani midlength headers and bassani O/R X pipe. ima huge fan of the raspy NASCAR/Trans-Am sound. there are too many cars here with flowmasters. also this is assuming that smog isnt an issue lol.

As far as catback is concerned, I would say Magnaflow and Borla stingers are among the top in that category. Midpipe, I'd go for Dr. Gas or VRS (O/R, of course) and top it off with BBK longtubes.

Well, If i'm gonna do it again, I would instead of buying crazy expensive roush side exhaust, get just Tips. And buy 2 magnapack, and have shop bend me a pipe...

Is there any LT header other than Hooker that allows you clutch access without removing the headers? If not, I'd have to say Hooker LTs and midpipe. Then take your pick for catback based on sound, they all perform close to the same.

I loved my O/R prochamber and Mac Flowpaths. Then I put on Mac LT's. It got quieter at idle and louder on acceleration. Soundwise, I liked it a little better before LT's, but no way am I giving up the hp for a little sound preference.
I also like magnaflows.

I love the magnaflow sound, so I ordered myself a cat back this last week. Next up I'll be doing BBK LT's and some sort of o/r X to go along with a blower. Best IMO sound wise

If you have just the catback then yes. Paired with my O/R H and BBK LT's, they are pretty mean sounding, still sets off alarms. I had the Packs before I switched, and they sounded like popcorn being made at 3k RPM's and up.

Lol. My buddy has Magnapacks and a Catted X and i ALWAYS make fun of his "poppy" exhaust. That's why i'm going with the Bassani Catback instead.
