Who out there has GOOD experiences with their Ford dealership parts department? I would like names and phone numbers please. I am sick of being told it will be here in 2-3 days and "we'll call you as soon as it is in" turning into 2-3 weeks, and "if you do not call we're sending it back and keeping your money". The local will not get used parts on time or budget either. I am looking for a place who will check stock of "obsolete" parts on other dealer's shelves without acting like it is a pain, and who will not act like a Fox body is a Model T. I could have used Ebay for the last part by now. So much for supporting local businesses. I am sick of this one.
