thanks for that website, found a trunk in under 2 mins that was great. would a v6 trunk lid fit a gt without issue? hopefully one of m y last questions, i have moisture coming up the bottom of the rear window. i went to a glass shop to see about getting it re sealed and this guy tried to tell me they probly wouldnt be able to remove the back window without breaking it, and ill probly have to buy another window. this sounded like a load of crap to me, am i right?

thats bs, any good glass shop should be able to fix it in like 3 hours..

ya thats what i thought, greasy bastard. thanks for that. on another side note since i need a new trunk im thinking of painting my car. any suggestions on color im looking at a nice deep red

a decent paint job from a reputable shop will start at around $3K on the LOW end

alright im looking at match painting my trunk any price estimates? lol
**** i thought i was looking at like 1500 ish or a bit more, i can live with a couple nicks and scratches and a barely mismatched trunk till i got more ponies

hows it goin? just wanted to put .02 in on your leak. I was able to find a leak in my bosses expedition on the front windshield? By blowing compressed air around the spot where i thought it was leaking inside an spraying a little babysoap an water out of spraybottle on the outside an should bubble? Like you might do to a tire that has a leak but can't find it?
Then i used a good two part epoxy to seal the deal.

Now back to the thread
I think it all depends on what poweradder your wanting to go with(supercharger?, turbo,etc.) OR just lookin to stay N/A? Some chargers replace the manifold completly?

hey i appreciate your help, but i have already found the leaks, one is at the bottom of the rear window(i found it using the technique u described) and another in a hard to explain part of the trunk between two cracks from the previous owner.
i have also abandoned the idea of getting a new manifold soon, as you said some superchargers will replace it anyway. i plan to go with a kenne bell set up and it will replace it as you said.
thanks for your advice either way
anyone have any idea what it would cost to match paint a trunk lid?
