I'd get the Bassani long tubes/X-pipe combination. I like the sound that comes out of a stamped X that Bassani uses rather than a true-X shape that Magnaflow uses.

Kooks headers with kooks x pipe. You can get them in a variety of sizes to fit your need.

+1857614350876. Kooks are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Kooks > All

You have any sound clips? Your setup is similar to mine, just want to see how they compare!

Thats an awfully cheap setup isnt it? I dont know much about VRS, I guess. My opinion is that you can cheap out on an intake, but I wouldnt cheap out on headers.

I dont mean this as an insult, just my opinion.

VRS makes a good x pipe for a reasonable price.

I put on the Bassani midlenght, off road x, and catback and fitment was great, not horrible to install at all and still gives the clearance needed for dropping the tranny out. I love the sound of the full exhaust... it's just up how much you want to spend and how much you work you want to do.

I tell you, the kooks might last forever and give a little better performance, but you are limited to their x pipe. Im satisfied by the way my setup sounds, but I would kill for the O/R H and flows I had on my old stang...

Also, if you get the kooks get them jet hot coated. I seriously wish I would have.

hmm.. I wasnt aware that I "cheaped out". As a matter of fact, I didnt. Just because their "cheap" does not mean they're not quaility pieces (go ahead, disagree). But when you have a header that fits the way MAC's do, and has the longevitiy of any other ceramic header, why spend more? look at my mods, do I look like somebody who's cheap? I'm not at all, I always get what I think is the best in price to actual "difference the mod makes from company to company" (if that makes any sense at all) comparison. and yea, sound clip, i can do that monday, im in canada for the weekend

I couldn't agree more. I would love to hear what your car sounds like. I will try and get some clips up of my car, I wonder how different they will sound?
