Best paint for the interior?

I decided to spray my side mirrors black today and then went for the door cups and the black peices covering the screws for the side mirrors. I always wanted to paint my interior black so I took the arm rest off the console and sprayed it black with some fusion to see how it held up. I can always get another arm rest. But what is the best paint to spray all of the interior with? Isnt there some type of dye stuff in a can? I will need to get that carpet on the door panels black too.

i just used Duplicolor Vinyl and interior spray from Advance and it worked really well. sprayed my whole interior from black/tan to completely black. no pics, sorry.

Did you take everything out? Or did you just mask off the glass and such and spray it in the car. Ill take the door panels and console out, but I think thats about it. And does that stuff work on the carpet on the doors too?

i took everything out but the actual dash itself. all that i took out that could be disassembled i did, too. much easier to paint that way and you get better results.

To paint accent or trim pieces I use a HVLP gun and dupont two stage. For dyeing dash and carpet pieces, SEM makes a dye that matches the interior color perfectly. Just be careful, you can make a mess of your entire interior in a hurry.
