The time has come. I need to purchase my AFR 165 heads and need to know a good place to order them from. I usually buy from Summit but they don't handle the AFRs. I'm hoping to get them for a FAIR price. Also, do you know if I order the valve seal upgrade that it will take longer to get them?

Brothers Performance is fairly reasonable.

The web site is www.brothersperformance.com,
however, you must do a search for AFR because the online catalog does not show them.

I know the paper version has them listed.

Thanks for the replies. I ended up ordering them from All Mustang Performance for $1285. They said they only had one pair of the 165s left, part #1402. Woo Hoo, I got them! Shipping was a little steep at $50, but that's cheaper than walking in and having to pay sales tax. I already have my cam, intake, and soon will have my heads! Can't wait for June to roll around to do the complete swap. 12's here I come!!!

Did you get upgraded springs or valve seals?

I did not get the spring/valve seal upgrade. The only time I have to do this HCI swap is in June and I don't have time to wait for a special order/upgrade. I really don't think I need the spring upgrade because I am not using a custom cam. I really doubt my combo will make much power past 5800 rpms so float will not be an issue.
