Well looks like I'm going to have bite the bullet and go for the Flaming River box (FR1497Q). It's high-dollar so I'm looking to make this as "least painful" as possible.

The cheapest I found was on Ebay and it's been so long I couldn't tell you how much it was.... I just remember it being cheap enough that it was a no brainer compared to the other vendors. Please with the product as well
Same here, from ebay for $400 + shipping. Just looked up the receipt and was shocked to see that I bought it 5 months - back in July - and the car still isn't ready to drive. I'm doing a bunch more than just the steering box, though.
