BEst Setup ??

hey i got a 98' 5 speed mustang gt. i would like to know what are the best headers and exhaust setup. i love that loud ass sound that some mustangs at my colllege have. i got flow masters on their now ( quick questions: did mustangs come stock with flow's cuz i have never seen a gt with out pipes that look like flows) and i would like that loud angry sound and awesome headers. what do u pros suggest thanks a bunch. (keep in mind i dont wanna lose performace for sound. id like a good balance, but i love loud noises!!! thanks)

i love an all mac setup, the sound is amazing (mac lt's, prochamber, & flowpath mufflers) i like it so much that i've had it on my last two stangs. some people have reservations about their quality, but they have fixed many of the problems & even offer a ceramic coating on the headers.

another awesome sounding exhaut is BBk lt's, Dr. Gas x-pipe, & flowmaster mufflers

no they didnt come with flows.

do you prefer the more traditional muscle car sound or do you like a more exotic sound. if you like the traditional sound get a catted or O/R h pipe with your flows. if you like the exotic raspy sound then get a catted or O/R X pipe with borla or bassani mufflers. if you dont have to worry about emissions get long tubes. if you live in a state where you have to have CARB EOd parts, you can only use approved shorty headers and whatever mufflers you want. there are no CARB EOd cats for 96+ 4.6L mustangs.

i just love that hollow traditi0nal mustang sound that i hear alot.. what are a good brand of headers? and ive has ppl tell to lose the flow masters and go with str8 pipes? what do u guys think botu that. thanks alot
