I personally have had good luck with the Monroe Sensa-Tracs. Way better ride quality than OEM

I just finished putting them on, haven't settled yet, but rides 1000% nicer... i got them from performance parts inc at my door for $436. I did the install without a spring compressor, but i had some help.

Check out ebay. There is a guy who sells Tokico HP's for $260 shipped. I replaced mine last summer. It was a night and day difference.

lowers the car, a little less than an inch supposedly, but i'm going to have to find out when they are worn in. The shocks are nice and the springs are definately shorter and made by ford. like i said it changed the ride quality drastically, I looked around for a while and this was the best deal i could find, and you know that the parts are compatible. Although, they do sell the springs and shocks separately, but if you get the kit, it's less than buying them separately.
