You can buy Detroit Lockers from Summit, Jegs, Currie or any of the other custom rear makers.

For the gears and locker, check out maeracing's built units:

You can get one on Ebay that has been used by NASCAR and get a good discount compared to new price.

Another thing to consider...are you planning on installing and setting up your own r&p? If so all the usual sources are fine, if you are going to pay a pro to set it up for you then consider buying an entire chunk as a bolt-in. The labor costs for a diff setup can be kind of high, you can often save a lot on labor by buying the parts from the same source.

Currie and Perogie will sell complete chunks, but there's probably local sources as well.

Thanks all. I'll price both chunks and diff's. Be nice to find a nice 35 spline N chunk built cause you are right. Labor can add up quick.

i dont think detroit makes a 35 spline locker. I just bought a 31 spline locker with moser axles and a rebuild kit for alittle over 900. those axles are sweet as hell. i bought a complete diff from a guy and i got a extra third memeber with it. so im not complaining. not nodular but i dont think i will be breakin this one.
