Best Spark Plug for 99 GT with mods !!!

I have a 99 Gt vert with some mods, like ported pI heads, comp cam, headers, diablo ... i just want to know what is the best spark plug that i can use on my motor and also what is the best gapping. By the way i have a couple question about some discovery that i made when i remove my tranny and my motor. It is normal that i have a tremec transmission and PI heads right from the factory, i bought the car brand new, i never change anything on since past week, im just curious, please let me know

tremec is the OEM supplier of manual transmissions to ford for mustangs and a lot of other cars. PI heads are factory heads on all 99-04 2v mustangs. i personally use Autolite 764 copper plugs gapped at .054".

I use NGK's copper plugs and change them every year when I give the car a tune-up.
