Best swaybar setup for GT?

What are some of the best swaybars for the 05-09 GT, in terms of quality/reliability/durability? How much of an effect on ride quality and body roll would I experience if I upgraded just the sway bars (keeping stock springs, dampeners, tires, etc...)?

It looks like the front sway bars are all 34-35mm, so there's not much for improvement, but the stock rear is supposed to be 20mm.

Will it be ok to go with just a rear 22mm or 24mm? If so, what brands use OEM-quality parts and installation methods? I don't want to drill into anything.

If you want OEM quality and durability then go with the FRPP kit.

I have the Roush and it's great though I would prefer some beefier endlinks so for that I'd get something along the lines of a Steeda competition swaybar or upgrade my endlinks.

The swaybar shouldn't effect ride quality too much. The better endlinks may transfer more NHV, but I doubt much more. Mostly, you'll improve body roll, but you won't improve brake dive. As for which, I would just choose a set from someone, I like to keep front/rear parts from the same manufacturer.

It looks like the aftermarket front bars are usually 35mm, and stock is 34mm. There's not that much of a difference from what I can see? The rears like the Eibach appear to be 22mm, like the Shelby GT OEM bar. The BMR is also 7/8" (22mm). The only exceptions are the Hellwig 1" rear bar and the Steeda 1" competition rear bar. The interesting part is that the aftermarket front bars seem to stop at 35mm even in the kits that use 1" rear bars.

What are the limits of the stock endlinks? Do I need to get the aftermarket endlinks like the Steeda billets? What would happen if I just got the Steeda competition rear bar (25.4mm) and kept the stock front bar?

There is a decent amount of flex in the stock front swaybar setup, eliminating that with stiffer bushings and possibly replacing the end links would go a long way.

The front swaybar is already massive from Ford. Too Much front bar will give you tons of understeer when driving. If you had to just replace one you should work on the rear. From what I found only a few manufacturer's offer a 1in bar though I believe that the difference from that an the 7/8s unit is a matter of measurement. Apparently swaybar tuning on these cars is pretty much a slam dunk deal, that's why the different manufacturers have all settled pretty much at the same specs though I think some fine tuning can be obtained through better mounting hardware. I'm looking into that
