I,m considering getting these tires off Ebay. They are ultra high performance and all season, (Front)Aurora 235 40 ZR 17 (back)275 40 ZR17. They cost 110 dollars a tire (440.00 total, with free shipping). Is this a good tire combo? Or should I go with 245's in the front and 275's in the back?
What about the brand? Its made by hancock. Has anyone ever heard of these? Should I give them a shot? Keep in mind these are going on my stock 17's, I will have another set on my after markets.

the sizes should be ok, personally I would go bigger up front, but grip and handling may not be you main priorities.

As for the make, Hancook are quite well know, however all season tyres are not going to give you great grip, you would be better off looking for a regular high performance tyre.

Do please check the speed rating of the tyres before you buy, if it is too low then they may literally explode at high speed - VERY DANGEROUS.

Its not bad price but you can get a better tire for the same $$ or just a tad more.

Heck I got my 315s for 119 each.

At www.tires.com you can get 4 kumho supra 712s for around 450 shipped for 2 - 245/45/17 and 2 - 275/40/17
