Uh the drain is at bottom passenger side of the tranny, it's horizontal. You fill it up to the drain plug right above it (same place fluid is put in). Very easy... What do you need a dipstick for anyways? Not like the fluid is going to disappear.
um, i didnt think that manual trannys had dipsticks. what i do is drain it on the bottom, with the fill plug out as well, then put in the drain plug and wither will through the fill hole or fill through the top with the shifter taken out and fill till the fluid drips out of the fill plug.
