better valve springs = more RPMS ??

will better valve springs let my motor rev higher? it goes to 6 now, but i'd like as much as possible RPMs

That's part of the picure. If your H/C/I is still got extra flow left above 6K, you can make more power. The engine balance better be perfect, because the strain on the rotating assembly will increase dramatically as RPM's increase.
