I have been using purple power to remove the 20+ years of road grime and general discare for the car and while it works ok, it still took me at least an hour to remove the grease the the paint in a 1'x1' area, anyone use anything else that will work better without harming the paint?

You need a pressure washer (a good one, not a high powered squirt gun) and some Super Clean. It's biodegradable so the tree huggers won't get fussy if you spray it outside and let it run everywhere, and it'll eat the grease off with a little effort. I'd be weary about using anything that could harm your paint.

We have this Sure Shot stuff at Toyota, it is like the best cleaner I have ever seen. I just spray it on my hands when they are black and use a clean rag to dry off and my hands are completely white.
