Big Day Tomorrow buying a New '10 What color Should I get ??

Sound like your ready to drop some serious cash on a totally loaded SIXer? What do you figure you will end up spending, im not sure what these things are going for 25-30k loaded for 2 door daily driver? Plenty of much better cars out there in that price range man. I mean we all love mustangs around here and all but its really not even worth it to me. BUT for what its worth, that red one looks alright....

The MSRP on the two cars I posted are at about 25 k but the Candy Red is a manager special at that location at 23,600 . I am a member of Ford's X Plan which will get me the Car for around 20,000 . I was looking at picking up an 09 used for about 17,000 and a much higher intrest rate for a used car . With that I just decided to go new vs used due to the interst rate puts us at a payment about the same for the used 09 then buying the '10 new. I do like the 09 front end and Rear better but the upgrades on the '10 has sold me, Like Sync, sequential taillights, interior dash color selection up to 125 differnt colors, heated seats and a few other things . The reason I am getting car is due to the last 2 cars we bought were cars that my wife picked out and it's time for my choice ! And that and my 02 Galant thats black has major paint issues all the clear coat has turned white on the car .

theres nothing like a blue stang the candy red might be a hot color but not my cup of tea i would go with white just for the clean look black 10's look nice aswell so i vote

1.kona blue
2.white
3.black

glass top gives it a sexy look i sat in a white gt at the ford dealership it had loaded options the thing was gone then next time i went back if you have the extra cash id suggest you should go with a gt with loaded options imo gt is well worth it in the long run and if youre rich and just looking for a garage queen go with the black/black gt500 that thing is one slick hot rod!

I like the blue but it has to be spotless. Red will get everyones attention including the cops. White with blue stripes would be my chioce. For the love of god dont get a silver color. Its the most boring color in the world. I see lots of people that drive silver cars in the rain and fog and dont bother to turn their headlights on, who are oblivious that their car is the same color as a rainy or foggy day. It would be the same as driving a black or blue car at night with no headlights. (Sorry, its a pet peeve.)

And the winner is............

10Mustang.webp

Kona Blue !!

^^ I really don't see the '10s holding value at ALL once the 11's hit the floor if the above remains true. A 315 hp v6 is nothing to snuff at and would be an AWESOME daily, even though the 400Hp 6spd GTs are going to totally steal the spotlight.

Great looking car in the blue though if you did purchase it! Does that have cream interior or a really light grey? Interesting color combo at least. I try to pick something that would hold a good resale like a unique but not ugly color with an a tasteful interior when shopping.

I Really didnt buy it based on it keeping it value or it being worth more in the future . If that was the case I would have gone with a Shelby or Roush. This the daily driver getting me too and from work, I really dont see me selling it any time in the distant future either. The plan is for my 7 year old to get it when she starts driving .

The interior is leather Stone kinda of a tan color with black dash pad and accents . I at first was that crazy about it but after getting into it as the car sat for 3 hours in the sun the leather was not hot, unlike the black leather.

I got the Car on Xplan due to the company that I work for has a huge fleet agreement with Ford . Also with the 0% interest I couldnt beat the deal !

Guess I'm too late to suggest waiting another year and getting the rumored 300 hp 3.7 liter direct injection V6 that's supposed to come in the 2011 models...?

I can't understand why anyone's buying Mustangs this year, to be honest....I know I'd feel like a complete ass if I bought a GT this year only to have the following year's V6's pump out the same amount of HP.....especially when the rumors are already well-circulated.

But, congratulations anyway!
