ok, so it is time to start on my apperance mods. first off I want to get a set of big & little for weekend and track duty.

ideas on style and backspacing, yada, yada

I know nothing of selecting wheel/tire combo's, so any help on what will fit a 15 inch rim and look good would help. pics if ya have them.

after that I am gonna get a new set of street wheels for daily duty. The cobra R wheels have finally grown old. thinking maybe Black Chrome 03 cobra wheels?

thoughts?

I think you mean "skinnies" instead of littles

You should be good to go with a 15x4/15x8 setup. As far as backspacing, i'm not quite sure exactly.. but there are plenty of people on here who will know

For welds you need a 7/16th spacer for the front this is for a 15x 3.5 skinny for the front

for the rears you need a 5.5 backspacing for 15x8's or 6.5 for 15x10's longer studs are recomended

thanks, I am pretty sure I am gonna go 15X8's. I am liking the weld prostars as well.

and no I meant littles... fat and skinnies maybe, but I have always heard them called big and littles.

on tire size for the back.. 275/50R15 about right?

yeah thats as close as you are going to get to the stock tire height

BTW I moved this to tech, I think this has some use to others as a tech thread.

what size tire should you run in the front with 15x3.5 prostars? 195 something??? also what exactly do you mean a 7/16th spacer? would these be correct for my 01 GT?? also what is the correct backspacing for the 15x3.5s? is it 1.75 backspacing?? and the bolt pattern is 5x4.5 correct? Sorry about all the questions, I'm just making sure I get the right stuff...
