thats why i said well over. most people with the things i listed, without the BB, are right about 300. I cant find the thread i am looking for but if i remember right it was around 360+ rwhp
Giggle gas, i like that. 2002BLGT, i would think you could make more than 370 HP with a turbo...how much boost are you running? How much boost would it take to get a 99 GT into the 400-450 HP range? Or to turn out low 12's either way...
LOL....a vortech is not a turbo , its a centrifugal supercharger (blower), 370 is with no intercooler and a very conservative tune 11.1 to 1 to take in the consideration that I didnt have my TB or plenum on the car yet , that I now have , and I am sure its probably putting down 380-390 rwhp now since those 2 things went on , plus 370 rwhp was in 85-90 degree weather with only a 15 minute cool down after 2.5 hours of constant dyno pulls while tuning it ...... not bad in my book .....if anyone wants to stay naturally aspirated and be quick , PM bob cosby over at modulardepot.com for advice .......
installed it myself , my advice is get a vortech tuner kit , install it yourself and look for the other stuff you need from the parts sections here and at modulardepot.com and modularmustangs.net ..... there are enough guys already supercharged that are upgrading and selling stuff cheap .....as for tuning talk to KenB , Ed Clark over at modulardepot.com , or call Tim at modularpowerhouse.com all 3 of these guys have a good rep for tuning .....
