Bigger mass air meter gains

Im getting an Edelbrock performer 5.0 intake and 70mm throttle body. Do I really need to get a bigger mass air meter? If I don't how much power am i going to loose. I want to get one but im still not sure on which one. I think im just going to get the intake and throttle body and deal with the mass air later.
