Bigger TB or keep the old one ? If bigger 70 or 75 ?

Puttting down 281 / 308 with a FMS 65mm TB

Given my setup would a larger TB give me more rwhp, or be a waste of money ?

I'm thinking rather than a larger MAF, the TB would be a better place to start.
Have a 76mm C&L MAF and do a 70mm or 75mm TB ( probably an Eldebrock)

Would the 75mm fit the Elbow - inside diameter ? Or would be over kill ?

This is a topic in which you'll have plenty of different opinions. Your upper has a 70mm opening so it would be logic to match it with the same tb. Lots of guys are still making lots of power with the 65mm though.. . If you'd go to a 75mm, you'd have to port that elbow all around to make it flow better.

I just did that fox body conversion. I had a BBK 70mm and now I have a Holley 75mm. I didnt drive the car yet. Only put the plates on yesterday and it keeps raining. I cant wait to see the difference, if there's one.
