Biggest Restriction on 03 Cobra's?

What is considered the biggest restriction's on the 03's? Is it the exhaust or intake? Not enough boost? In other words what kind of HP gains have you seen with "x" mods?

Biggest gains for the least amount of money is CAI and free up the exhaust.

pulleys and a chip on the '03 will give you mucho hp. I know guys pulling 430-460 hp off of those two mods alone.

My buddy has an 04 cobra, stock air intake. He had an X pipe with cats and a borla stinger exhaust. With less than 1000miles the car dynoed at 398 with 402tq. Since the average stock cobras dyno around 366 I would say exhaust
