Billet Climate Control Knobs '07+

Well SHR did what other companies said was not possible and created tru-billet replacement knobs for '07+ Mustangs. Installation was very simple. They gave you two different ways to install it. One way involves basically breaking the old knobs out and is very quick. The other way is cleaner, but a lot more involved. I went the quick way. Installation went quickly and quality, as always, was grade A. I bought a replacement set for the '05, too, while I was at it. I think they look much better than the stick-on ones.

They're SilverHorse racing knobs. Bought directly from them. I never even thought about climate control knobs until Marcello (the owner) showed me a picture of his prototype. They're awesome, as are the rest of the pieces I've purchased from him.

I've never checked(to me it's too much bling), but does anybody make black anodized billet pieces for the interior? I like the subtle look, but tired of all the plastic crud in our cars...

Looks nice, I'm thinking about getting them. Thanks for the review. And maybe the cup holder bezel. I don't want a lot of bling, but I think that these two items will set the interior off without being too much.

If you're worried about the "bling" factor, go with the polished and satin anondized finish as I did. It matches the spokes on the steering wheel and doesn't have that chrome shine on it. It looks factory. most people that get in my car think all my pieces are factory options.

Here's the only one I know of. You have to REALLY REALLY REALLY want a wood steering wheel to pay this. I know of one person that has. It looks awesome. But the cost would not be justified by 99.8% of Mustang owners.

A wood wheel for a classic Mustang costs a fraction of that. Course the new wheel would have to have an air bag, cruise controls, etc. But $1,200? I don't know who would be crazy enough to pay that. There's so much more you could do with that much money.

Well $200 of it is a core charge that you get back. So really it's only $1000.
