Well I installed these over a year ago, had some other problems with my car so it just sat there for the last year, now i want to get it up and running again, but I hate the harsh ride.

This is what I have, I have MM-k-member, mm-arms, mm caster camber plates, MM-Bilstein sports w/375 lbs srpings, I dont have a bumpsteer kit or X2 balljoints, and my read is terrible.

I was thinking of dropping the spring rate to 325, but dont know how that and the shocks which are specifically designed for 375 or 400, would handle the spring rate. I dont want to blow my shocks, although I might have already and just dont know.

How can I improve my ride quality, the rear is fine, but the front just seems to stiff, and it does not follow the road, jumps around everywhere, run over a bump and it throws me somewhere, or it just hits hard. I dont really know what Im doing, even though I installed everything by myself, and yes the k-member is squared and everything is correctly installed. Any help/advice greatly appreciated.

Call MM and see what they say. 375 lbs springs in a coil over set-up is race car territory. They will be able to help you out just let them know what you have in mind for your car.

As far as bumpsteer goes the only way to check it is with a bumpsteer gauge. Don't use the X2 balljoints (or any thing from that company...ever!) in the MM control arms. The factory geometry is correct, and by raising the spindle height it changes the center of roll.
