Yeah, they may stand out too much if not the color of the car's exterior. I'd say match them up too.

Robin egg blue...Royal Blue....Baby Blue. There are many shakes of blue to choose from?

What color are your wheels? If their chrome I'd say go with chrome. If black go with black. But if your using a silver wheel then I'd probably paint them the same color as the car.

Mine are body color on my coupe and I think they look great. I say paint them and if you don't like how they look, just buy new ones. They are not that expensive

Go body color on the handles but keep the rest of the trim black
