so i finally have some money to buy some parts and it happens to be during a black friday sale at american muscle lol.

im thinking of pulling the trigger on this eibach strut+shock kit which is $389 (originally $550)
http://www.americanmuscle.com/eibach-shocks-7904v8.html

SN lowering springs, standard rate , $99 (orig, $209)
http://www.americanmuscle.com/sr-springs-7904v8.html

Do i need caster/camber plates? if so im also getting these
http://www.americanmuscle.com/srperformance-caster-camber-7993.html

so to sum it up

1. I know Eibach is good, but what about these SN springs?
2. Do i need caster camber plates?
3. Is there something i should get instead that is a better deal?

IMO, buy proven suspension parts, if you do you will never have to buy them again.

I've had cheap generic parts, none of them worked out in the long run.

So while i don't have any experience with those parts, i wouldn't buy them.

x 1000. I've yet to hear someone in 20 years say, " I installed these MM xxxx parts and am not happy with them." A good guide for me is to look in the classifieds and see how many other vendor's parts are always for sale vs. MM or Steeda stuff.
