First, I hate chrome. Always have. I would just take the badges off, but Ford always thinks it's friggin' genius to put those alignment holes on the panels where emblems go.

Keep in mind, the wheels are gonna be matte black and the windows will be a little darker. I'm also replacing the trunk panel with one from LMR without any holes in to remove the GT on the back. I'd much rather have someone pull up thinking it's a V6 or EcoBoost car.

Black badges get my vote, I was also disappointed that the alignment holes are there. I wasn't the biggest fan of the badges and removed mine completely, I have the Vortech graphics hiding the holes on mine currently

Buddy of mine had a better idea.....paint the black badges body color and hide them in there.

FWIW, I drove 3 hours in the snow on these tires and did surprisingly well. Under boost on the street it will kick them loose as to be expected, on the road course the tires held their own. 34 degree surface temps and it was more than planted rolling into boost in 3rd gear, can't wait to push it farther now that it is warming up. I will have an ET Street Radial on it when we go to the drag track and some new wheels for those

Looks fantastic. I was trying decide on what size I was gonna put in the car. Would you happen to remember the backspace and offset on them?

You rock!

I was wanting to run the 10" wide but I wasn't sure they'd fit at all 4 corners.

Not gone, but at least this is more my style....

Just need the rear panel to get here so I can lose the GT emblem on the back....

The emblems look great in silver, It is far more subtle than the chrome!

Do you have a link to the back panel? I was looking to delete the chrome emblem on the trunk as well

Yeah, it's from LMR....they are supposed to be factory pieces before the holes are punched. I don't have it in my hands yet, so I can't speak for the quality......

Looks Great!! First time I have seen someone pain their emblems to match, let me know when the panel comes in. If you have any issue shoot me a message!

Now, if you guys had a grill that looked like the factory one without the mustang molded into it we'd be cookin'.

Only ones I've seen are those T-Rex ones and they're RIDICULOUSLY expensive for each piece and they really don't quite match.

If ya got something that fits that bill, I'll order right now.

I'm down with the stealthy look, but I never understood the obsession some people have with going badgeless?

It just looks much cleaner to me, doesn't arbitrarily break up the lines of the car. I'd rather have someone look at the car and go, "WTF is that?"

Badging to me is advertising......last I checked I PAID for the car. You want your name on my stuff, PAY ME. It's no different than the dealer stickers they always put on the car.....I make them take that off when they detail the car.....I paid you, not the other way around, get that crap off my car.

Badging is for OTHER people to see. I own the car, I know what it has/is, I don't care if you know what it has/is. That's part of the fun of car guy conversations.

You outta see the look when I open the hood on the '88. Real car guys know it's an LS swap, but you get others that think it came from the factory. Even painted the block Ford blue just to piss off the traditionalists. I always give 'em the same answer about the swap.....it's how you make a Ford fast and a Chevy look good.

it's like going to a car show.....

You always run into that crowd that puts every sticker that came in every box from every manufacturer on the back window of their car. The thing looks like it crashed into an Autozone catalog. It could be an otherwise nice looking car, but all you're seeing is badges and stickers.

A good looking car will speak for itself, it doesn't need a bunch of tacky plastic badges.
