Black out lenses EDIT: Smoked Lenses

I have been wanting to black out my front blinker lenses and the side markers on the rear bumper of my 06, I have seen "tint" and "tint paint" that AM sells, I was wondering if anyone knows which would be better?

I would really like to just get blacked out lenses instead, is there anywhere I could buy the lenses instead of the tint or tint spray? I wish AM sold them as I order from AM all the time and would like to stick with them, but I have not seen them on AM's site.

I would love to do the headlights and fogs as well, but, I live up in the mountains and driving to work at 4:45 am I need all the light I can get, since there are no street lights and LOTS of wild life running around at that time of the morning, the last thing I want/need is to hit a 150lb deer :notnice:

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I just bought the tinted decals for my sidemarkers, rear lights and 3rd brak light. On the CTSV I had before I had them tint all that. I'm buying American Muscle's stuff this time and I'll see how it goes. I noticed on the 2010/2011 model they also had replacement tinted sidemarkers but at an extra cost of $60. Didn't think it was worth it especially because they only had for the front side markers and not the rear. I didn't want to different shades or looks on the markers.

Stangmods has tints for everything on the 10 down and they hold up very well. i bought the blacked out blinker lenses from AM when I had my 05 and they looked good, they were a PITA to install though. I woudl go tints. FWIW if you get the GTS covers you can remove them eaisly when you need to driver early and then put them back on once the sun is up.

I bought these from Ninosport for my 08. Makes them look completely blacked out during the day but are very visible at night with the lights on. Front Bumper Light 05-09 Mustang - 0509PLS Easy to install and are pretty cheap. Dont know if it's legal or not but I've had them for over a year and havent been bothered.

I ordered these, I also ordered the smoked rear lenses too :nice:

Thanks to all the repliers, I greatly appreciate it :nice:

Victor Nino at Ninosport was a pleasure to talk to and was extremely nice and knowledgeable, I would recommend doing business with Ninosport to anyone who asks.

For anyone that is interested, we also have these blackout covers from GTS that are on clearance for $25/set.
