Black with yellow strip wires help

Working on steering column swap and found these 2 black with yellow stripe wires that have connectors on the to the left of steering wheel. What are these and where do they plug in? Pretty sure they were always unplugged before I started this project.

Could these be for convertible control? Mines is a couple which could explain why they were not connected to anything. Still not sure though.

What year? Wiring and colors changed a few times. I assume 90-93 by the dash frame but need to be more specific
