Could be your multi-function (turn signal) switch. When mine went out, my brake lights and turn signals all stopped working.

replace the electronic solid state indicator flasher located in the fuse junction panel, under the left hand side of the fuse panel.
to replace the flasher unit, perform the following
1. disconnect the negative battery cable
2. remove the fuse junction panel
3. pull the indicator flasher straight out of the fuse junction panel.

to install:
4. align the indicator flasher with the fuse junction panel and press it in to place until fully seated.
5. install the fuse junction panel.
6. connect the negative battery cable.

Have you upgraded the exhauster?

It tends to cause this problem. Be sure to use synthetic fluid .... it lasts longer.
