During my current head swap I wanted to drain the block low enough so the coolant wouldn’t leak into the cylinders. I’m also changing the water pump.
Block drain plugs are a bitch sometimes so I’m using rope to wick the coolant out of the block through the water pump openings. It’s slow and steady but works like a charm.
