Is there a blower you can run on a stock engine? I dont want to tear it down for cams, valves and springs being its an everyday driver.

Yes.
Pretty much any blower you can get for a 2v will work on a stock engine.
Just keep the boost levels reasonable and with a healthy motor you wont see any issues as long as you dont abuse it.

First check the engine compression. If the numbers are consistent (meaning within 10-15% of each other) the engine can handle the boost. These engines are strong as HELL.
