Ok I have made my final decision and since I can not sell my shortblock or internals I'm just gonna replace the rods and get different pistons. I'm thinking forged I-beam rods and some forged blower pistons. Top end will be twisted wedge heads, track heat intake, custom cam, 75mm accufab w/egr, 80mm mass air and a blower. Now for my questions. What size injectors should I go with if I'm gonna be pushing around 8-10lbs of boost? 42's? What size fuel pump? 255? How can I tune this?

The 42s alone pretty much dictate the need for an ECU or custom chip if you intend to have any street drivability.

Go with the 255lph fuel pump, 42's and the 80mm MAF. Now what kind of blower are you going with.

Agreed, go with 42's. I have a set for sale if your looking to buy them soon.

Just an fyi, since your buying new pistons and rods, you need to have the assembly balanced. YOu also need to have the cylinders honed or bore and honed if their bad. I think you need to do a tad more research before jumping in buying more parts. I do not mean this to be rude. Your also a crankshaft away from a stroker kit. Obviously if the blocks used, your doing all new bearings anyway.

But regardless, sounds like a killer combo. I would do 50lb injectors as they'll support you farther especially when you put that power pipe on or that 2.95 pulley on You'll want a tuning device and a wideband as well. You want a 255 high pressure fuel pump. I do not know how needed a booster pump is.
