To your question....common opinion Kenne Bell is best blower(and the agruement begins)

Given that KB makes a #6 non-intercooler for $3900(330hpish)
If you go intercooled to make more boost the 9-14 kit is $4900(350hp-450hpish)
then theres the little extra you have to have 3 new Autometer guages $500
...then based on your perference a really good tune $500(people will agrue with this as well)

Kinda hard to do it for less than $5000, never can seem to save enough, always end up buying some else.
