Go with the 2.93. It's a good all around pulley. You will need a tune for it.

It depends on what kind of power you are looking for. Like suggested above I have a 2.93 and feel it's a good all around choice(good power without overspinning the blower to much). It varies some from car to car but you will see between 445-455 RWHP assuming Intake, exhaust ,tune. Good luck...

I would add this...get a 4 pound lower too with a port

I know you asked one question, but supporting mods are always good for future reference.

Personally I have a 3.1/6# waiting install. I am hoping for a good set up with my port.

I vote for the 2.93. Best all around pulley for a stock Terminator.

Bottom line, no. The stock internals are strong enough to handle a KB pushing 20lbs or less. There are no aftermarket intercoolers available for our cars (the intercooler is actually located under the blower), there are aftermarket heat exchangers though (heat exchanger is mounted in front of the radiator). The KB is more efficient than the Eaton so it doesn't create as much heat at the same boost levels as the stock supercharger. Adding a larger heat exchanger will allow your intercooler to reduce the IAT's.

If you plan on running say 17lbs or less with a KB you don't need to worry about the internals or the heat exchanger/intercooler. What you DO need to worry about is the fuel system!
