I've dedicated a few hundred (500) for the next add on, but want some opinions on what it should be. Here is what's done so far.

Vortech SQ w/3.35 pulley--aprox. 10lbs boost
bullitt intake
C&L 80mm
Big Bore with forged internals
BBK LT
Bassanii catback
steeda radiator
steeda shifter
MM full length subframes
Cobra replica rims (17x8, 17x10.5)
springs (H&R)--not yet installed.
P&P heads
3.73 gears
Ford HD clutch
line lock
03 cobra pump/tank
42lb injectors
boost and fuel pressure gauges
aluminum driveshaft

No problems with idling. The computer was able to handle it without any problems. I have yet to have it tuned fully. When I was on the dyno last time I had a intake gasket leak so we shut down early but I made 420HP and 462TQ on a mustang dyno. I went ahead and installed a Bullitt intake and replaced the gasket since then so I am hoping to get it tuned soon and see what the intake did.

Prices vary from based on type of material (steel vs. aluminum) but I'd say $175 - 450 for both upper & lowers. The lowest costing arms are obviously crap and prob. not worth your while.

To install both uppers & lowers you'll need to yank the rear springs first and have a jack and 2 stands (I did w/ 2 jacks). Removal and installation of the lowers takes a short time unless the exhaust is in the way (in which you'll have to pull off as well). Uppers are a little more work when the 2 rubber bushings installed in the axle don't want to come out. Maximum Motorsports sells a tool that will make their removal a breeze (http://www.maximummotorsports.com/rucabushing.asp). Get a buddy, some beer, and do it yourself in a couple of hours (save some cash too -> for your other mods!).

What about looking at a better clutch & an aluminum flywheel? (just more ideas)

If you are looking for more power, I would check out cams or an 8 rib pulley upgrade. I just had the 8 rib upgrade done with a Reichart Racing pulley, and a whole lot of belt slippage went away. I will be doing cams later this year most likely.

Water injection. Since the motror is forged you can up the timing and cool the intake air. I'm happy with mine, kept the timeing at 14 degress. Went to 16 with no issues, but I want to play it safe. I'm waiting for the C and L lower intake to go with my upper plenum. Woo whoo.

I was thinking cams, but emissions is a concern. I'll have to give the U/L control arms a serious consideration. Water injection, not sure I want to go this route, I plan on doing an aftercooler later, along with a smaller pulley.

Thanks for the replies guys---anymore?
