Ryan how the hell did you go from good running to blowing blue smoke so quick? That thing must've been on its way out when you got it. I've been abusing mine like a red headed wife for 4 years and mine's just now getting to where it really needs rebuilt.
ive been beating the **** out of it. it was fine with i got it. held 140psi ish on all cyl's the clogged exhaust is what did it. built up pressure and found the weakest link.
thats my guess. on the way back from cincy the cat blew out. and clogged up the exhasut. 100 miles on the highway like that didnt do to well for it.

Did you have the emissons system hooked up when you had cats? If you don't have that air injection pipe hooked up to the cats then they will fail.
