Blueprint 347 stroker

Not a mechanic, have a 347 stroker blueprint motor that was my fathers, he was a motor head, I took a diff career, my father had passed couple years ago and I moved back home.I want to finish the build he was currently doing but ran into an issue with oil spilling out the caps on the valve covers when I drive but not when it sits and idles?

Can you post some pictures of the engine so we can see what all is there? Close ups of each valve cover especially.

Does it matter what side I install a pcv ? and to where would I connect the house to?

No and you should have a threaded hole in the back of the manifold or on the plate under the carb. It's like 3/8" I think.
